Challenge

Handling of raw materials from the conveyor belt to the packaging. Since the gripper itself does not have its own drive, it is controlled by a rotary axis integrated in the flexpicker.

Solution

The solution lies in a food-compatible design of the components. In addition, a direct interface of the robot rotary axis to the gripper kinematics was created.
